After proving our value in the CEE region, we are now scaling across Europe and North America.To strengthen our team in the area of new business development we are pleased to offer the position of Business Development Manager - Sales (AI/SaaS)The Role: Enterprise HunterWe are looking for a true Hunter to take full ownership of our sales efforts. You will work directly with the CEO (Kasia) and our Advisory Board to offload lead generation and closing processes. This is a high-autonomy role where you lead the charge in acquiring Enterprise-level clients. In the business development process you will co-operate with Partner companies offering claims handling services to electronics’ OEMs and distributors. Your responsibilities:Prioritize the target companies and establish contactQualify leads available to SAS from its Partner companiesIdentify new leads: leverage industry events, referrals from clients and Partner companies - proactively hunt for new opportunities in the Consumer Electronics, White Goods, and Automotive sectors.Maintain close relationship with Partners: sales planning, joint sales events and trade fair participationEstablish contact with lead’s decision makers and collect company information necessary to prepare case studies, customised presentations and ROI calculationsBuild position of SAS as the go-to-expert in the area of claims handling optimization and NFF elimination Global Sales Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Enterprise clients in Europe and North America (specifically Canada/UK/Germany).Turn relationships to service agreements Gather information on complaint handling needs of identified leads and prepare AI Circularity Radar SaaS offer customized to their individual needs (process, integrations, data management)Lead client presentations and lead Product Advocacy: Conduct expert-level product demos of the AI Circularity Radar, focusing on business ROI and ESG goals.Prepare customized service offers and negotiate agreementsCoordinate preparation of all necessary documentation, e.g. vendor management docsManage the overall sales process Manage CRM Contract next stepsSet meeting dates and meeting agendas Manage all internal and external stakeholders in the process (introductions, reminders, meeting notes, follow-ups, reminders on a call day) Direct Impact: Work closely with the CEO to prioritize and convert a high-quality pipeline of identified leads.Collect client feedback and providing insight to the marketing, sales and technical teamsWe are looking for you if you have:Sales mentality and goal-oriented mindset (we use to say - Hunter Mentality: You are self-driven, persistent, and 'when thrown out the door, you come back through the window.')Enterprise & SaaS Experience: You have 3-4+ years of proven experience in consultative B2B sales within the SaaS, Data Management, or Tech Strategy sectors.Personal maturity and stance to be able to effectively communicate with senior managers in large corporatesExcellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English Experience working with CRM and other sales tools Ability to work independently and take the lead Enthusiasm and commitment within Sustainability: You understand and value the importance of ESG and Circular Economy as key business drivers for modern corporations.Proven track record of selling to international/European clients would be a plusUnderstanding of the Electronics distribution and complaint management will be a plusNice to have:Experience in selling AI-based solutions or data-driven platforms.Existing network within the electronics distribution or manufacturing industry.Experience with the Canadian, UK or German business culture is a plusWhat we offer:Remuneration: 16,000 – 18,000 PLN base + attractive sales commission.Growth & Equity: Potential for ESOP (stock options) for high-impact team members.Global Outlook: A chance to scale a Polish AI technology company on the global stage.Autonomy: High trust, flexible working hours, and a remote-first culture.Real Purpose: Work on a product that solves a massive global environmental problem (e-waste).SAS has proven that its AI Circularity Radar solution offers high value to the Electronics OEMs and distributors.
