At least two years of proven experience in IT services sales, account management, or business development roles, Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, especially with enterprise or international clients, Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into IT service solutions, Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, Openness to work from Cracow office 3 times per week, Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required
