Wymagania

proficiency in English (written and spoken), university degree, 5+ years of experience working with top management in a multinational environment, operational knowledge of Finance, HR, Administration, Procurement, Risk, and Legal areas, very good command of MS Office with the ability to create high-quality presentations, proven experience in project management, including the use of project management tools, excellent time management and strong organizational skills, high level of ownership and accountability, with a strong focus on delivering tangible results, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong effectiveness and goal orientation, self-discipline, agile mindset, demonstrated by openness to change, continuous improvement, forward-looking thinking, and a proactive approach
