The HR Chief (CEA A) Position Is An Integral Member Of The Executive Team That Provides Guidance And Direction In All Aspects Of Human Resources And Leads Their Team Overseeing:
Talent Acquisition (Classification and Pay, Recruitment and Exams); Talent Development (Workforce Planning, Career Services, Wellness, Recognition, Special Projects, Training and Employee Development, as well as a Learning Management System); Talent Management (Personnel Operations/Transactions, Medical Management) and Performance Management and Coaching.
Under Government Code 14200, this position may be eligible for full or part-time telework for eligible candidates residing in California.
At this time, per the California Budget Act of 2025, all California Department of Tax and Fee Administration salaries are subject to the provisions of the State of California’s Personal Leave Program.
