About This Role: The Tax Administration Call Center is hiring for the position of a fiscal regulatory analyst to co-supervise the call center and the day-to-day operations of the call center. This position will directly supervise staff, run the day-to-day operations of a busy call center, and meet with taxpayers. The supervisor will perform employee evaluations, set goals, mentor, hire, and train new employees.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of tax experience to include at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Hiring Salary Range
$69,186.00 - $90,000

This position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 p.m. and from 8:30am to 5:00pm. There may be times there may be rotating schedule depending on availability of staff. Are you able to work this schedule?
