Univeristy degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and/or CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification,, Proven experience as a Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager (Polish entity) or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial standalone role,, Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS),, Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders,, Collaboration and communication skills,, Fluent English and Polish including professional vocabulary,, Analytical and problem-solving abilities,, Excel, Power BI literacy,, Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work,, Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information,, Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulations,, Previous exposure to ERP systems, and SSC environment preferred,, Experience with data analytics will be an advantage,, Availability for full office work.
