Job Summary:
Support the CEO, playing a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency and strategic initiatives [executing the CEO's vision]. Chief of Staff will act as a key advisor and right-hand to the CEO, facilitating decision-making, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution of company-wide goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field is required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in managed care.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and operations management.
- Experience working closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams, or in a Chief of Staff capacity is desirable.
