Position Summary

A Private Equity Intern will provide support in all aspects of the private equity investment process, including: conducting industry research, evaluating potential investment projects, performing financial, valuation and modeling analysis, assisting on due diligence and execution of transactions, and interacting with the colleagues from various teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research and evaluation on potential investment projects
• Perform various financial / valuation / modeling analysis
• Assist in due diligence of potential investment projects
• Assist in composing investment memorandums
• Assist in the execution and financing of transactions

Qualifications

• The candidates should be available to start from December 2025 or January 2026 and work on-site in Beijing or Shanghai for at least 3 months
• Junior / senior undergraduate or master’s student, with outstanding academic record
• Prior internship experience in leading investment banks or private equity firms (candidates with return offer preferred)
• Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis
• Superior analytical and financial modeling skills
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail
• Team player with a maturity that enables the candidate to contribute to a collaborative and constructive work environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
