Bachelor’s Degree or 6 plus years' experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center or professional business environment., Fluent English and German., Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., Immigration sponsorship not available for this role., Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Strong analytical and organizational skills., Ability to provide limited periodic support for field operations associates during nights and weekends, as business needs., Experience with conflict resolution., Salesforce.com experience., At least 1 year of account management or B2B sales experience., A degree in Marketing / Business, Food Science, Mathematics / Statistics, or Hospitality preferred., Professional internship or demonstrated leadership experience., Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines., Logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities., Ability to be productive in both team and self-supporting environments., Database experience and basic knowledge of statistics., Experience processing large amounts of technical data (manuals)., Ability to handle confidential information., Ability to present to medium or large groups., Ability to learn unique and proprietary software., Ability and willingness to travel for business (minimally).
