Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), FinOps Certified Practitioner / FinOps Certified Professional (or strong working knowledge of the framework), Strong experience managing cloud cost and usage data, especially AWS Cost & Usage Report (CUR), Proven track record delivering measurable cloud cost optimisation outcomes in a complex organisation, Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across engineering teams through to senior leadership, Strong analytical capability with confidence using data to identify opportunities and track realised savings, Working knowledge of cloud engineering practices, including tagging strategies and cost governance controls, Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to produce concise exec summaries and detailed documentation
