Brief Description

Estimating

• You will be working with several Senior Estimators in our main office
• Assisting in providing quantity take-offs and assembling of estimates
• Contacting material suppliers and subcontractors
• Attending pre-bid meetings and job site walk-thru meetings
• Assisting on bid date in the assembling of estimates

Project Engineer (Project Manager Assistant)

• You will be working with a Senior Project Manager on either a single large project or on multiple smaller projects
• Located either at our main office or on a job site
• Assisting in material deliveries, problem resolutions, RFIs, project planning and closeout
• Receiving, reviewing, and tracking show drawings, and other job correspondence/documents/files
• Assisting in maintaining and updating the construction schedule

Special Accounts

• Special Accounts is a department within our main office that completely handles our smaller projects (less than $1,000,000)
• Special Accounts is involved with sales, estimating, project management, and the billings for these projects
• Many of these projects are quick turnaround projects, some lasting only a few days or a few weeks
• You will be working with one or more of the Special Accounts individuals performing a wide level of tasks and responsibilities
