Your tasks: ✔ Contact with customers/banks mainly by telephone. Topics: cards and card-related services, e.g.: card blocking, contacting customers to block/unblock cards in case of fraud, transaction information, card statements. Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth processes.Our requirements Excellent command of German language (C1/C2). Good command of English language (B1+). Any experience in customer service will be beneficial. Proactivity and the ability to organize your work environment.Willingness to work hybrid from Kraków office (2-3 times per week).Training in the office in Krakow, 3-4 weeks, 8 hours every day from Monday to Friday.Readiness for an equivalent working time system. Our team will work 24/7, with shift hours depending on the employer's needs. At the moment and soon, these will be between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Shifts are usually 8 hours long. In the future, there may also be evening/night shifts, but at the moment, this part of the shift is already covered by currently employed staff.
