This is a high-impact role with fast qualification timelines and a January start.Key responsibilitiesDesign advanced prompt architectures and behavioral frameworks for an enterprise CopilotBuild agent personas, roles and structured conversational flows across complex business journeysDevelop retrieval pipelines integrating Data Lake, Knowledge Graph and internal APIsImplement RAG patterns aligned with enterprise standards for grounding, compliance and reliabilityCreate evaluation chains, deterministic rules and quality gates for sensitive and regulated workflowsOptimize agent outputs for accuracy, traceability and explainabilityTranslate policies, rules and business processes into consistent agent behaviorCollaborate closely with AI engineering, data, platform and business teamsEnsure the Copilot meets strict audit, safety and governance requirementsWhat we are looking for4 + years of professional experience in building LLM-powered agents or AI-driven applicationsHands-on experience with RAG, prompt engineering and conversational orchestrationSolid understanding of vector search, chunking strategies, embeddings and context managementAbility to convert complex business logic into deterministic rules guiding agent reasoningExperience with Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworksStrong awareness of accuracy, compliance and safety requirements in regulated environmentsProgramming skills in Python or TypeScriptFamiliarity with Azure OpenAI, GPT models and enterprise model hostingExperience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or Azure Cognitive SearchGood communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat we offerFully remote work from PolandOpportunity to work on an enterprise-grade Copilot used across multiple business domainsExposure to advanced AI architectures, RAG and agent-based systemsCollaboration with experienced AI, data and platform engineers
