Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in credit risk management, ideally within consumer finance or another regulated industry., Technical Capability: Proficient in SQL and data warehouse tools, using data-driven methods to assess, monitor, and forecast credit risk., Critical Challenge: Confident in questioning assumptions and influencing stakeholders through evidence-based reasoning and sound judgment. Strong strategic mindset paired with practical, hands-on problem-solving ability., Problem Solving & Innovation: Uses creativity and structured thinking to design effective solutions to complex credit risk challenges., Autonomy & Accountability: Demonstrates initiative, independence, and strong organisational skills to deliver results under tight deadlines.
