The Littleton Museum has an opening for Curator of Exhibits. The Curator of Exhibits leads and oversees the planning, design, implementation, and installation of exhibits for the museum galleries and other spaces. The Curator of Exhibits is responsible for providing the vision, inspiration, and processes that lead to stimulating, educational, accessible, and inclusive exhibits. Additionally, this position defines and creates the visual imagery of the museum via in-person and virtual visits that foster public engagement.
The Curator of Exhibits will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of exhibitions, including history, fine arts, and eclectic subjects designed to inform and inspire the audience. Additionally, this position will play a key role in the revisioning of the Museum's History Gallery, with an emphasis on developing through final design, fabrication/installation, and reopening phases the story lines of Littleton, including those of historically under-represented communities.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader, communicator, and collaborator, with a strong record of success in exhibit and graphic design, development, and implementation.

Hiring pay range $74,290 - $78,200 per year
This full-time position is exempt per FLSA and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
