Position Summary
The Customer Service Outreach Specialist is responsible for assisting in the retrieval of medical records for audit. The Customer Service Outreach Specialist conducts outreach calls to providers for medical records due for audit and works with the provider to ensure timely and/or un-penalized submission of records. This position is 9A to 5P in the office located at 1 Seaport Plaza.
