Advanced level of English (at least C1) required, Advanced level of French (at least B2, allowing for fluent communication in this language) required, Knowledge of SAP will be a strong asset but is not required, Detail-oriented, accurate, well organized, flexible and open to changes,, Ability to work in a team, Strong interpersonal and communication skills., Willingness to work in an open and multicultural environment, Intermediate IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, general IT understanding), Experience in Customer Service especially in the SSC environment will be an asset
