Founded by experienced SaaS veterans with multiple successful exits, the company is building the next generation of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) solutions.About the Role:I am looking for a Customer Success Manager who combines strong digital marketing expertise with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.The right candidate has a deep understanding of SEO, can clearly communicate strategic value to customers, and enjoys acting as the bridge between product, sales, and customer outcomes.Your responsibilities in details:1.Customer Onboarding & TrainingLead new customers through onboarding, ensuring they understand how to leverage OtterlyAI for SEO and GEO visibilityHost onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and Q&A sessions tailored to customer goals2. Account Management SupportBecome a trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers from SMBs to EnterpriseTranslate product features into actionable SEO and AI-search strategiesMonitor account health, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities3.Product Expertise & GuidanceHelp customers understand how AI-driven search is changing the SEO landscapeProvide guidance on optimization for traditional SEO, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative enginesCollect customer feedback and collaborate with the Product team to influence roadmap priorities4.Retention & ExpansionDrive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities based on demonstrated customer valueBuild long-term relationships grounded in results, trust, and educationMain Requirements:3+ years of solid SEO experience - strong understanding of organic search fundamentals, tools, keyword research, performance tracking, and reportingExperience in Customer Success, Account Management, SEO consulting, or digital marketing rolesAbility to explain SEO concepts to non-experts and support customers in strategic executionFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, or data visualization toolsStrong English communication skills (written and spoken)Availability within a European time zoneExperience working with enterprise customersSelf-directed and autonomous, comfortable working in a remote-first environmentNice to Have:Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or AI-based search visibilityBackground in B2B SaaS, martech, or marketing platformsAbility to translate complex data into clear, compelling customer narrativesPrevious experience running digital marketing campaignsWhat You Should Know ( summary in a nutshell 💊)You will act as partner to customers, helping them succeed in one of the fastest-changing areas of marketing: AI-powered search.You’ll work directly with the founders of OtterlyAI, who see customer success as a core driver of growth.
