PROJECT INFORMATION: Industry: banking Work model: Hybrid (3/week in Gdynia) Remuneration: up to 160 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B) SummaryThis role focuses on identifying and resolving security gaps within the organization and advising stakeholders on actionable solutions, ultimately to enhance the security posture of the bank.Main Responsibilities Identifying remediation gaps and driving towards their resolution. Advising stakeholders on the available solutions and actions that must be undertaken. Analyzing scanning results to define concrete steps directed at de-risking the bank. Collaborating with remediation accountable and responsible stakeholders. Ensuring security findings are understood and remediation pace is adequate. Maintaining a proactive approach to governance and demonstrating autonomy in task execution. Key Requirements Strong understanding of security domains, especially security findings assessment and remediation areas, with at least 2 years of experience. Governance knowledge with experience in fields such as workstation vulnerabilities, servers vulnerabilities, and more. Excellent troubleshooting and conceptual skills related to remediation actions. Ability to interpret results using various techniques, including exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling. Fluent in business and technical English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have Experience in automation, preferably using Python, Apache Airflow, and/or Power Automate. Practical application of AI technologies in governance processes and automation workflows.
