Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT) or 4+ years of equivalent IT experience., 3+ years in IT Security Engineering & Security Operations, or a related field, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing security controls in a global enterprise environment., Proven experience supporting products, processes, and customers with endpoint protection, data center security, and/or mobile security capabilities., Exposure to securing cloud endpoints in a multi-cloud environment, including deploying, and managing relevant tools., Intermediate-level knowledge of cybersecurity controls and their application in a global context., Solid experience in measuring coverage and effectiveness of security controls to identify gaps and risks, with the ability to report findings in a clear and concise manner., Intermediate understanding of IT policy and standard development, enforcement, and compliance with internal controls., Strong communication skills to keep colleagues informed on service status and improvement needs., Strong written skills for documentation and SOP development., Strong background in executing ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)., Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
