Information about the project:Location: fully remoteIndustry: bankingRate; it depends on your expectationsSummaryThe Data Analyst/Data Engineer will focus on supporting and delivering various business requests related to customer data management within a dynamic team, aimed at improving data quality and system integration.Main Responsibilities Analyzing and improving data quality in the data lake — identifying and resolving data-related issues. Reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing PL/SQL code — often using GitHub to track changes, bugs, commit history, etc. Collaborating with the development team (who leads on the business side) to understand issues and implement solutions. Supporting the alignment of core banking and account systems — identifying data gaps and ensuring they are filled. Writing advanced SQL queries to analyze large volumes of data. Key Requirements Advanced SQL PySpark / Python PL/SQL Data analysis skills Jira, Confluence Nice to Have Experience with data governance processes Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem Understanding of data lake architectures Experience in banking industry
