We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Watsonville, California. In this role, you will support administrative and order management tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry processes. This is a long-term contract position, offering opportunities for growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update customer orders in the system, adhering to case-sensitive protocols.
• Edit, adjust, and manage existing orders as requested by the sales team.
• Ensure all data entry tasks maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to make necessary changes to orders.
• Utilize order management software and ERP systems to process transactions efficiently.
• Communicate with team members to troubleshoot issues and clarify information as needed.
• Support ongoing administrative tasks related to order processing.
• Uphold reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and completing assignments.
• Operate within an office environment, working closely with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or order entry-related roles.
• Proficiency in using order management software and ERP solutions such as Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling case-sensitive data.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address inquiries.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently when needed.
• Reliable and consistent in completing tasks on time.
• Comfortable working in an office setting alongside the sales team.
• Open to candidates with various educational backgrounds.
