The Opportunity

Harnham is partnering with a confidential consulting firm that helps global organizations drive revenue through advanced analytics. They’re expanding their client-facing Data Science function and hiring a Senior Commercial Data Scientist to join a high-impact, high-visibility team.

This is not a back-office DS role — you’ll sit directly with consulting teams, present to senior stakeholders, and build models that shape sales, marketing, and customer strategy.

What You’ll Work On

• Predictive modeling & ML for revenue growth
• Customer health scoring & churn prediction
• Next-best-offer and spend forecasting
• ICP modeling & commercial segmentation
• Hands-on technical delivery + mentoring junior DS associates
• Partnering with consultants in client meetings and strategy discussions

Ideal Background

• 3–7 years in Data Science (commercial, consulting, or client-facing preferred)
• Strong Python skills; ML modeling expertise
• Quant degree (Math, Stats, Econ, CS, etc.); Master’s a plus
• Experience leading junior analysts/associates
• Excellent communication + stakeholder skills

Compensation & Setup

• Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 (DOE)
• Bonus %
