We are looking for a DBB Process Consultant (Source To Pay Specialist) with a focus on the Procurement and/or Accounts Payable part of StP. Your responsibilities would include: Designing solutions for further process optimisations of the template and the data modelEnsuring the designed solution is fit for purpose and effectively tested from a functional and user perspectiveCreating training materials and assuring these develop the skill set of employees and are fit to drive the desired change in behaviours of the staff in OpCos, Hubs and shared service centresWorking closely with the Solution Design, Technology, Data and Controls workstreams of DBB Programme, in the delivery of an integrated solution; contribute to the management of interdependencies across workstreamsWorking closely with the Global Standing Organisation and the Global Finance Functions to incorporate the Functional standards and capabilities into DBB design, and with the respective Product & Platform owners to ensure an effective end-to-end solution, including the orchestration of transactions across Business PlatformsWorking closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the OpCos. This would include helping to deliver training, overseeing development of Standard Operating Procedures and supporting other transition tasks as required. You are a good match if you have: University education5-8 years of work experinace Solid understanding of business processes. Experience in process design of transactional processes, creation of test scenarios and scripts, creation of training materials and training delivery. Demonstrated experience in Procurement and/or Finance (Accounts Payable), exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment. Preferably experience in large scale business transformations with focus on introduction of technologyExposure to procurement solutions (SAP, SRM, Zycus, Basware), experience with data managementProcess (end-to-end) oriented thinking, Combination of analytical and conceptual thinkingExcellent written and verbal EnglishGreat communication skills Relationship building and collaboration skill at all levels of the organisation.Good organisational and planning skillsStrong cultural awareness and versatility in stylesStrong team mindset and can collaborate effectively with and through others, and are flexible and adaptable when working in ambiguous, complex environments under time pressure.
