Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service, or technical roles, Strong knowledge of dealer aftersales operations, including warranty and technical support, Experience with technical training or service standards implementation, Ability to work in a multi-country / regional environment, Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Fluent English, High level of flexibility and understanding of multicultural work environment, Experience supporting CEE and/or Baltic markets, Experience within OEM or importer organizations, Knowledge of EV technologies and modern diagnostic systems, Experience in fast-growing or transformation environments
