Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on experience with API Management tools (Kong or others), Advanced understanding of API management, RESTful microservices architecture, and deep experience with Kubernetes cluster orchestration and API ingress control, Expertise in designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) alongside mature CI/CD and GitOps automation workflows, Knowledge of identity and security protocols such as OAuth2 (other standards also welcome), Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments (must have), Fluent English communication (minimum B2 level) enabling effective leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within international teams, Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required
