The roleFor a financial services project, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure.You will work closely with development teams and take part in designing and improving system architecture, with a strong focus on automation, stability, and best practices.What you’ll doTake ownership of cloud infrastructure and ensure its stability, scalability, and securityDesign, build, and continuously improve CI/CD processes to support reliable and frequent deploymentsImplement and maintain GitOps workflows, ensuring infrastructure and application state consistencyDefine and manage infrastructure as code, enabling repeatable and auditable deploymentsSupport containerized applications in production, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshootingMonitor systems, respond to incidents, and proactively improve observability and reliabilityAutomate operational tasks to reduce manual effort and improve delivery efficiencyCollaborate with development teams and contribute to system architecture and technical decisionsWhat we are looking for3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps / Cloud EngineerCommercial experience with GCPStrong knowledge of Terraform, Docker, and KubernetesHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflowsGood understanding of networking and security basics (VPC, IAM, DNS, TLS)Experience with HelmExperience with PythonAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)Nice to have: experience with JavaWhat we offer95 - 130 PLN net + VAT hourly (B2B)100% remote workEquipment of your choice (MacBook by default)
