University degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field., Proven hands‑on experience with Siemens Opcenter (Verification & Validation domain preferred)., Solid understanding of engineering verification processes and laboratory data management., Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)., Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a structured and independent working approach., Curiosity, flexibility, and openness to new topics., Excellent command of German and English; at least communicative Polish., Residence in Poland and readiness for occasional international business travel.
