Digital Customer Care Specialist will manage customer inquiries via digital channels, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sales with data analysis in Warszawa.
University diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline), 2-4 years of experience in an industrial customer service or customer support is a must (preferably in a digital context), German: Excellent Proficiency (both spoken and written) Level C1 required, English: Proficiency (both spoken and written) Level B1 required, Experience in SAP; Sales Force is a plus, Experience in digitalization of customer service processes is a plus, Positivity and Energy: Friendly and approachable personality., Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication in German & English., Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex issues and find effective solutions., Collaboration: Work well with colleagues from various departments., Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks., Full availability, i.e., no other permanent commitments., Understanding of digital trends and technologies., Ability to maintain customer relationships through digital channels.
