For our client, an international company providing financial services to companies, we are looking for:Digital Infrastructure Lead (Azure, DevOps, AI)Warsaw (2 days in office per week)Salary: 30 000 - 36 400 PLN + annual bonus (ab. 20%) Tasks:Technical and team leadership of a team of engineers delivering digital infrastructure, integration, automation, DevOps, and AI capabilities using technologies including Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, specialist AI tools and other emerging technologiesEnsures the team is equipped with the appropriate tools, technologies and delivery processes, and delivers and supports robust, secure and effective digital infrastructure solutions Make sure the team is adequately skilled and resourced Requirements:Experience in leading technical teams delivering Cloud-based integration and automation solutionsTechnical background with experience of Cloud solutions, enterprise integration and API lifecycle managementStrong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Azure Cloud, Azure integration, Power Platform)DevOps knowledge (Azure, CI/CD, IaC, containers, etc.)Experience with AgileUnderstanding of governance, security and compliance requirementsNice to have: regulated sector experience (finance, fintech, insurance, Insurtech, etc. ), experience with AI /ML and AIOps/MLOps – nice to haveFluent in English
