Curiosity works here!   About the job As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work for the European Marketing department of the Business Unit Interventional Urology (BU IU). You will contribute to the deployment of the omnichannel strategy of the BU Interventional Urology across Europe. You will drive digital marketing operations and develop content, in order to accelerate the digital transformation of the BU in Europe in close collaboration with IU Global team and Coloplast Digital teams.  Your responsibilitiesPartner with marketing brand managers to create marketing campaigns. Develop the omnichannel strategy to support the marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients.In close partnership with the corporate teams, act as an ambassador of IU Europe on Digital Marketing topics to leverage resources and to ensure alignment.Monitor the implementation and evaluate the impact of digital action plans and implement corrective measures.  Optimize synergies and operations between the various digital activities.Analyze customer needs with a digital approach and lead a reflection on innovative interaction strategies, with a customer-centric approach.  Support the development of new product materials on the company's digital platforms dedicated to healthcare professionalslmprove the consumers' digital experience on brand websites. Ensure European digital activation campaigns and provide global best practices to the countries.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion metrics, and traffic growth to assess campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, medical affairs, Global Coloplast Digital teams and IT to ensure regulatory alignment and technical feasibility notably with the launch of new digital platform.Manage and optimize digital marketing tools and platforms such as CMS systems, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and email automation tools.Contribute to budget planning and monitor digital campaign expenditures.    Requirements  Strong command of HTML and coding for web and social media tasksDeep understanding of social media best practices, platform-specific rules, and campaign efficiencyProven ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, extracting actionable insights from KPIs and metricsProficient in digital technologies (Web, SEO/SEM, emailing, social media, etc.) and lT tools Excellent communication skills in English Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, medical advertising compliance)Proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools is a plus   Competences Strong organizational and project management skills Autonomy, creativity, good team player Ability to manage multiple proJects Open-mindedness and adaptability in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExperience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus We offer Remote, onsite or hybrid work from our office in SzczecinFlexible working hours, Mon-FriInternational work environment with Scandinavian cultureOpportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily workFantastic work atmosphere full of respect and partnershipInternal trainingsGreat company eventsSports cardPrivate medical careRestaurant cardHoliday bonus and occasional cards That's not all!
