Position Summary
The Director of Learning and Development leads the Elmington Living organization in meeting its mission of elevating employees and business by providing ongoing opportunities to develop, enhance, and manage organization-wide learning and development strategies. This individual will shape and foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with Elmington Living values.
