Position Goal:

• To ensure fast and high-quality cargo delivery in the Expedite segment by.
• Quickly matching loads with available drivers,
• Organizing flexible routes and overseeing flawless execution.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with documentation.
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating freight operations: searching for loads and drivers, planning routes- Negotiating with brokers, drivers, and clients.
• Working with documentation and CRM systems.
• Responding quickly to incoming requests and resolving operational issues.
