Several years of experience working on large combustion engines, turbines, or marine engines — ideally including commissioning, troubleshooting, or control systems., Hands-on technical background (mechanical or electrical apprenticeship, HTL, or similar)., Analytical and practical mindset — you can read the data, but you also know what it feels like when something’s off., Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to both engineers and customers., Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments., Fluent in Polish and German or English., Comfortable with IT tools (ERP systems, databases, MS Office)., Willingness to travel up to 50% within your region., Flexible and calm under pressure — especially when engines aren’t., Experience with Jenbacher gas engines or similar power generation equipment is a strong plus.
