What You’ll Do:Strategy, Delivery & Technical Leadership Own quarterly planning and execution for your module(s), ensuring alignment with product and business priorities. Drive successful, timely, and high-quality delivery of commitments. Maintain a consistently high bar for execution across the full delivery lifecycle. Actively engage at both design and code levels, demonstrating strong understanding of relevant technologies, architectures, and frameworks. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers and partners. Product, Business & Customer Impact Develop a deep understanding of the product’s purpose, features, and long-term vision. Deliver high-quality, reliable, secure, and easy-to-use features that solve real customer problems. Foster a customer-first mindset and culture of innovation within the team. Consistently meet OKRs for your area and contribute to broader business goals. Team & People Leadership Build a well-rounded, adaptable, and high-performing team. Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent. Provide regular, actionable, and constructive feedback. Promote strong engineering practices through design reviews, code reviews, tech talks, and knowledge sharing. Empower engineers by setting clear expectations, delegating effectively, and supporting autonomy and initiative. Collaboration & Ownership Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and shared ownership. Drive effective cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful outcomes across organizational boundaries. What you'll bring: 2+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized software development teams, preferably in an Agile environment 8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in relevant technical domains:Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and relational and other databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or any other), Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, performance monitoringDistributed software systems architecture best practicesB.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or a related technical field What We Offer: When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job. ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Poland is between zł294,100.00 - zł441,100.00. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
