University degree/Masters (e.g. in Economics, Audit & Controls, Finance) and professional certifications including: ACCA/CIMA/RA/RE/RC/CPA/CIA, proven 7-10 years of experience in designing and auditing internal controls within an international company and/or a Big 4 audit firm, a strong interest in internal controls over sustainability and responsibility, particularly in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas, the ability to prioritize assignments, remain flexible in a changing environment, and work independently with minimal supervision, strong analytical and communication skills, a high level of concern for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to clearly present results to senior stakeholders and prepare high-quality communications such as emails, memos, and presentations
