ESOL Program Assistant responsible for supporting ESOL instructors, classroom setup, data tracking, and student communication. Requires bilingual Spanish and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Temporary role until Feb 2026.
Serving in a temporary role through February 28, 2026 (with possible extension), the Program Assistant will assist ESOL instructors, counselors, and other staff to ensure administrative tasks are completed and classes run smoothly. The Program Assistant will be responsible for classroom setup and support, data tracking/entry, and communicating with students. The role will report to the Program Director for Adult and Immigrant Services and collaborate with an ESOL Counselor, Data Assistant, and other staff.

Qualifications
Salary: $19 – 20 per hour
Reports to: Director of Adult and Immigrant Services
Schedule: 20 – 25 hours/week. Temporary until February 28, 2026 with possible extension.
