The Role: Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine what’s possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Your work will directly impact the future of technology and the sustainable growth of the Internet.

In this role you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel, ensuring both the HR and Legal functions run efficiently and effectively. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Calendar & Scheduling Management

• Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel for the CHRO and General Counsel.
• Prioritize and manage scheduling conflicts with sound judgment.

Administrative Support

• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for both executives.
• Manage expense reports, invoices, and departmental budgets as needed.

Meeting & Document Coordination

• Coordinate board meetings, committee sessions, and team gatherings.
• Maintain and track key HR compliance records and legal documents/contracts.

Communication Liaison

• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CHRO and General Counsel.

Project Support

• Assist with special projects, including HR process improvements and legal operations initiatives.
• Track deliverables and deadlines for HR, legal, and compliance matters.

Confidentiality & Compliance

• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards in all administrative processes.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (HR or legal experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with HR and legal technology tools is a plus.
