Technical Skills & Experience, 3+ years of experience in after-sales service, field engineering or systems commissioning - preferably energy storage, renewable energy or power electronics., Practical knowledge of electrical systems (low/medium voltage), BESS technology, power conversion systems (PCS) and energy management systems (EMS)., Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of battery systems and SCADA/EMS systems., Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals and engineering documentation., Education & Competencies, Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation or a related technical field., Fluent English and communicative Polish (other European languages are advantage)., Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure., High level of professionalism in customer interactions., Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and occasionally intercontinentally., Drivers license cat. B., Polish electrical license: E1 (1kV and above)., Availability for frequent travels.
