At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or in controlling area, preferably partnering with IT, E-commerce, or Digital teams; experience in omnichannel retailing or consulting company would be an advantage., Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive ROI and business growth. Solid understanding of digital metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and how they impact financial performance. Experience with media spend analysis, promotional effectiveness, or customer acquisition cost modelling is a plus., Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Corporate Management, IT or related field., Advanced project management and facilitation skills., Fluent communication in English (min.
