Your future companyDevire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists, based on the principles of business-to-business operations, implementing projects for clients pursuing innovative and modern ventures.For our client – ​​one of the largest non-food retailers in Europe, with a strong market position and dynamic expansion – we are looking for Finance Systems Business Analyst.Remote workPay rate: 110-140 PLNProject duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.RequirementsExperience as a Business Analyst / Finance Systems Analyst or similar.Excellent knowledge of financial processes (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Consolidation, Financial Planning).Experience working with ERP systems in the finance area and participation in ERP implementation or development projects.Ability to analyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).Experience in collecting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Ability to collaborate on solution design and verify their compliance with business requirements.Experience in testing support (especially UAT) and the go-live / hypercare phase.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and IT teams.Excellent English language skills.ResponsibilitiesProviding business and system analysis in the finance process and solution domain across Accounting, Financial Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Consolidation and Financial Planning, including the new ERP solution.Capturing 'as-is' processes and designing 'to-be' processes.Capturing business requirements for solution development and package configuration in the Finance domain.Input to and review of solution design, to confirm it will meet business requirements.Input to and review of test approach, scope and scripts, to ensure that testing will verify that the solution is meeting business requirements.Supporting testers to execute the tests (especially in UAT), helping to troubleshoot and unblock issues in test.Go-live and post go-live support - providing business support for users during hypercare if needed, helping to triage issues and ensure they are resolved by the support team.The offerRemote work.Flexible working hours.International team.
