University-level education in finance area, 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting/controlling and/or auditing (ideally both), Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance / management reporting, Office proficiency (Microsoft/Google) with a focus on Google spreadsheets and Presentations, Experience with automations and optimizations, Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and fluent Polish; knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset, Nice-to-have: experience or at least solid theoretical knowledge of Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT, Nice-to-have: ACCA, CIMA or other qualifications, Analytical, planning and organizational skills, Acting in line with ADLOOK values of being driven, connected, effective & future-minded
