Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field., Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial controlling., Strong analytical and logical skills., Very good spoken and written English (min. B2 level), enabling clear communication with HQ and international teams., Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas)., Solid understanding of accounting principles (Polish and/or international standards)., Ability to work effectively in a corporate environment., Proactive, independent working style with high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities., Proactive approach to improving controls and processes., Native-level proficiency in Polish is required., Practical experience with SOX/internal controls is a plus., Familiarity with reporting in accordance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 is a strong plus., Knowledge of Comarch Optima is an advantage., Available to start in the coming months is a plus.
