The candidate should:, - Be able to do all the above responsibilities with minimum supervision and have some good understanding of accounts payable, expenses, billing, P&L, B/S and double entry., - Should ideally have used some accounting packages and also have some knowledge of excel Knowledge of SAP Concur / Netsuite preferable but not essential, - Proactive in identifying, recommending and delivering improvements in processes, ways of working and use of finance systems ., - Have experience working in multinational organization with matrix structure, , Educational Level/professional qualifications (minimum requirement):, - Finance Degree, - ACCA or equivalent qualifications, - Excellent written and verbal English, - Communication skills, , Years/breadth of experience:, - Min 7 years general accounting experience, , Behavioural Skills:, - Excellent organisation skills required to manage workload, - Ability to take responsibility, be assertive and work autonomously, - Pro-active and hardworking, takes initiative to drive change / improvement, - Ability to meet tight deadlines, - Good attention to detail, - Ability to manage relationships across all levels of the business, - Team player, - Familiar with working with colleagues located in different countries
