Diagnose and resolve technical problems. Providing information on products and their functionality. Entering requests into the system. Our requirements: 💎 Fluency in Finnish (B2/C1). Excellent command of English (B1/B2). Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). Communicative, willingness to learn. Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard. Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00. We recruit remotely!
