The primary goal is to create effective solutions that streamline operations for freelancers using the platform.Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Implement client-side and server-side architecture Build visually appealing and responsive front-end applications Develop and maintain well-functioning databases and applications Create and maintain APIs Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade software as needed Contribute to security and data protection best practices Support mobile responsive design across the platform Assist in writing technical documentation Work with customer success and business teams to enhance software features Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role Experience developing web applications Familiarity with the Next.js framework, Node.js, and React Solid knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind) Understanding of back-end languages (e.g., Node) Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker) Strong communication and teamwork skills High attention to detail and organizational abilities Analytical mindset Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field Nice to Have: Experience with third-party API integrations Background in startup environments Proficiency in UX/UI design principles Other Details: Team Environment: Small, agile team working closely with the CTO and developers Company Mission: To simplify administrative tasks for freelancers and gig workers
