Qualifications You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field. Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or related modules (e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales).  Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.  Ability to gather requirements and design functional solutions.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
