Gen AI Engineer Location: [hybrid /Kraków]Contract type: B2B / Contracting About the role We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions on CME Platform. You will work with cutting-edge generative models and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI systems. This role combines strong hands-on engineering skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value. Key responsibilities Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions (GANs, VAEs, NLP models) using deep learning techniques Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing platforms and business processes Optimize, fine-tune, and troubleshoot models to ensure performance and scalability Prepare technical documentation and present results to non-technical stakeholders Support the full ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to production deployment Required qualifications Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning Solid understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques Proficiency in Python Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch Practical experience with: Generative models (GANs, VAEs) NLP techniques for text generation Experience deploying ML models into production environments Knowledge of Computer Vision and Speech-to-Text solutions Experience deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Azure Nice to have Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field AI or cloud certifications (especially Azure) Strong communication skills and ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences Knowledge of Ethical AI practices Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Benefits  Private medical care Multisport card / MyBenefit system Life insurance Why apply for an Antal job offer?
