• You have a master’s degree from a relevant field of studies (e.g. major in information technology, software engineering, digital development or economics), • You are comfortable with technology and digital tools, but also have a good understanding of user experience and customer requirements, • You are enthusiastic about Digi, Data, AI and business process development, • You have strong interest in analytical problem-solving, and possible experience with digi, data and AI tools (e.g. Power BI, Dev Ops..); experience with programming skills (e.g. Python or R or SQL) is considered as a plus, • You have the ability to think creatively, analytically, and strategically, • You are eager to take on new challenges and explore new ideas, • You have good communication skills, ability to work both individually and within an international team, • You are fluent in spoken and written English
