Final-year student or Bachelor’s/Master’s graduate in Production Management, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field, Strong interest in building a career in manufacturing within a multinational company, Willing to relocate after the program to take on roles across AkzoNobel’s international sites (Europe), Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams, Eager to learn across different functions and technologies, Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and ownership-driven, Fluency in English and Polish (required)
